Soft leather that molds so be careful to not stretch the back by kneeling which can lead toshow m shoe not staying put on heel when walking. The zipper on the side I thought might be annoying making noise but in a city, I don't hear it at all. I recommend using a shoe horn to ease feet in to them. Try not to use the zippers as sometimes it catches on the inside material and isn't the easiest to use when using them to put on or take off shoes. All in all, it's a really nice looking shoe, has slight sparkle or bling from the shiny or designs on them. If you're mindful of how you put them on, take them off, how you wear them, these can definitely work for you. The Louann shoes in other versions I find are basically the same. There's no breaking in so it just feels comfy. For comfortable feet walking, I think it's worth it. I got these when they were on sale so just under $100.
