I have this model in two other colors that I bought previously. They are my most comfortable sneakers because of the thick padding of the insoles which I need for my arthritic sesamoid bones and the shape of the toe which is good for the issue with my big toe joint. They feel like walking on clouds. I had been hoping to get them in black and was thrilled when I saw them. Sadly when I tried them on I realized the padding was thin and there was less arch support or maybe the arch support just didn't reach my arches because it was thin. I took out the insoles and compared them with those from my other shoes and they are definitely thinner.

I wrote to customer service to see if they could send me insoles from previous shoes but they don't sell insoles separately but were able to find some and said they would send them to me. Hopefully they will be the thick ones. I know you can buy insoles with arch support but they are not as soft. I gave this 3 stars instead of 5 because of the padding. I would not buy them again.

I love these shoes for their comfort and style. If the sizes were only available I'd get them in every color. Super high quality and durable.
